Drew M. Kelley

Drew M. Kelley serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (“MGE”), bringing significant financial and capital market knowledge to the Company given his recognized track record in the gaming, hospitality, and leisure sectors while employed by several notable Wall Street firms. In his role, Mr. Kelley reports to CEO Mario Kontomerkos, providing executive leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the Company’s activities, while addressing key areas for opportunity and implementing tactics to accelerate growth for MGE. As CFO of MGE, Mr. Kelley is also responsible for communicating with the Mohegan Tribal Chairman and Tribal Council regarding all financial matters to further support the efficiency of the Company’s overall business plan. Before accepting the role with MGE, Mr. Kelley served in a wide variety of roles for a New York-based family office, including as interim CEO of ARC Group Worldwide, Inc., having spent several years as the company’s CFO as well. In addition, Kelley spent more than a decade in progressive levels of investment banking and equity research with several leading Wall Street firms, including Merrill Lynch & Co., Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and Jefferies LLC, serving as advisor to numerous gaming and entertainment companies.
