Scott Wells

Scott Wells is the Vice President and General Counsel of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment. Scott has over fifteen years of experience as a corporate and securities attorney.

Scott began their legal career at Aronauer & Yudell, LLP, where they worked as a corporate/securities associate for three years. Scott then moved to Lev Berlin & Sousa, P.C., where they worked as a senior attorney for two years. In May 2007, Scott joined Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment as the Vice President and General Counsel.

Scott is a graduate of Yale Law School.

Scott Wells has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western New England University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Connecticut.

Scott Wells reports to Tom Smock, SVP and General Counsel. They are on a team with and David Rome - VP & Counsel.
