Guy Chayoun

Guy Chayoun joined 23andMe in August 2021 and serves as its Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, where he oversees all legal, privacy and corporate governance matters.

Prior to 23andMe, Guy was Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded generics and specialty pharmaceutical company, Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Sealed Air Corporation, a publicly traded Fortune 500 packaging company, as well holding senior legal roles at B&G Foods and Amdocs. Prior to going in-house, Guy worked at the international law firms WilmerHale, Skadden, Arps and Clifford Chance.

Guy holds a B.A in. economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
