Ethan Prescott

Ethan Prescott is the Associate Director of Retail Development at Mohr Capital. Ethan has been in this role since October 2019. Prior to this, they were with Leon Capital Group as the Associate Vice President Development from June 2015 to December 2018. From January 2019 to October 2019, they were the Director at Centric Capital Partners. Ethan's first experience in the retail development field was as a Summer Associate at Dallas City Plan Commission from June 2014 to September 2014, where they assisted in City Plan Commission hearings, mastered zoning and platting laws for the City of Dallas, and assisted in public and private retail developments in Dallas. Ethan also gained an understanding of retail development from a governmental perspective. In summer 2013 and 2012, they were a Summer Associate and Intern, respectively, at Summershire Holdings and Steven's Transports. Lastly, they were a Camp Counselor at Camp Young Judea Texas from May 2010 to August 2010.

Their manager is Tom Theobald, SVP of Development.
