Hari Kumar Raju

Hari Kumar Raju has extensive experience in the specialty gases industry. Hari kumar currently holds the position of Head of Specialty Gases Operations and Business Development at MOHSIN HAIDER DARWISH L.L.C. since June 2013. In this role, they are responsible for setting up the specialty and calibration gases facility, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, developing filling procedures, and designing the facility according to industry standards. Hari kumar has also played a key role in obtaining ISO 14025 and NIST accreditations for filling and lab. Additionally, they have complete P&L responsibility for the Oman and MENA region and is involved in strategic decision-making, business planning, and sales strategy development.

Prior to their current role, Hari worked as a Business Development Manager for Specialty Gases at Praxair India from November 2012 to June 2013. In this capacity, they had complete P&L responsibility for the India region and was responsible for strategic decision-making, business planning, and sales strategy development.

From 2004 to 2012, Hari worked at Linde India Limited as the Head of Operations for Electronics and Specialty Gases. In this position, they provided leadership and management for key products within the specialty products portfolio in India. Hari kumar was accountable for the operations of electronics and specialty gases, specialty gases equipment, and acted as a link between various key functions within the organization. Hari kumar successfully delivered the Electronics and SPC growth and profitability agenda for India by implementing key initiatives and working closely with procurement, revenue management, product management, logistics, and PGP operations.

Hari started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Bharat Heavy Plates and Vessels Ltd from August 2001 to August 2004.
