Jessie Leiner has over 15 years of professional experience in the architecture and design industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Designer II/Purchasing Agent at Forum Architecture & Interior Design. During their time there, they managed multiple multi-family projects for multi-billion dollar clients and increased company revenue by promoting project management and purchasing services in addition to architecture and design. In 2008, Jessie moved to Alliance Architecture as a Project Design Architect where they researched client requirements and processed findings into the programming and budgeting phases of commercial project management. Jessie also standardized practices and protocols, which accounted for increased productivity within the company. In 2009, Jessie took a role as a Leasing Specialist at Crosland, where they conducted community tours for prospective residents and assisted in the application process, lease signing, and service requests. In 2010, Jessie returned to Arris, a Design Studio, as an Associate, Interior Designer. During their time there, they were involved in schematic design and design development including programming, space planning, and construction documents for multiple clients totaling more than 3,000,000 usable square feet. Jessie also generated marketing plans and 3D renderings primarily focusing on custom designs and client branding. In 2016, Jessie moved to QWRK collective environments llc as a Creative Strategist, where they managed the development of custom architectural and furniture solutions from concept to installation through coordination with local craftspeople. In 2017, Jessie became an Independent Interior Designer and also began working at Arris, a Design Studio, as an Associate, Certified Interior Designer. During their time there, they were involved in schematic design and design development including programming, space planning, and construction documents for multiple clients totaling more than 5,000,000 usable square feet. Jessie also engaged in marketing and new business development efforts through global networks and conferences, media operations, and branding opportunities. In 2022, Jessie moved to MOI as an A+D Director in Baltimore.
Jessie Leiner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University between 2001 and 2005. Jessie also holds a certification as a Certified Interior Designer in the State of Maryland.
