Lauren McCollister, SHRM-CP, WLCP

Lauren McCollister, SHRM-CP, WLCP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Lauren began their career as a Lead Recruitment Specialist at Jones Networking in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Continental Realty Corporation in Baltimore, where they held the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at MOI.

Lauren McCollister, SHRM-CP, WLCP, completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Towson University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended James Madison University for one year, studying Business Statistics.
