Melissa Jenkins, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Melissa Jenkins, began their career in 2001 as a Human Resources Coordinator at getintegrated, Inc. In 2003, they moved to The Rouse Company as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2005, they became a Human Resources Coordinator at DLA Piper. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Generalist at Euler Hermes ACI. In 2010, they took on the same role at Dynasplint Systems. In 2013, they moved to Pivot Physical Therapy as a Senior Director of Human Resources, and in 2017 they joined MOI as Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have managed Employment and Benefits disciplines for over 300 employees, provided overall leadership and guidance to the HR function, and been a key member of Senior Leadership teams.

Melissa Jenkins, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Towson University.
