Stephanie Popielarz Guevara

Stephanie Popielarz Guevara has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as an Interior Design Intern for Little Diversified Architectural Consulting. In 2009, they became an Interior Design Intern for INTEC Group, Inc., where they selected interior and exterior finishes for commercial projects, prepared construction documents, elevations and 3-D renderings using AutoCAD, and developed interior space plans for building test-fits. In 2010, Stephanie began working as a MIT/Interior Specialist for Arhaus Furniture, where they performed management duties when needed, supervised and motivated other associates to ensure sales goals were exceeded, and consulted clients on the selection of high end residential furniture. In 2013, they became a CAD Designer and Sales Support Coordinator for KI, where they developed on-demand CAD support, provided GSA pre-sales support, and bid review, specification, order submittal, and project coordination. In 2019, Stephanie worked as an Interior Designer for School Specialty, Inc., where they supported the Learning Environments team by developing furniture plans in AutoCAD, specifications, typicals and renderings for client presentations and marketing department. Stephanie also worked as a Sales Coordinator for Officeworks Inc., where they created image, finish and bid packages to assist Workplace Consultants through design development process and request for pricing (RFP). In 2020, Stephanie became the Owner of C'ville Picnic. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Sales Development Specialist for MOI.

Stephanie Popielarz Guevara received their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. Stephanie also participated in an Architecture and Urban Studies Study Abroad Program at Virginia Tech in 2006. In 2022, they will complete a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
