Kristin Chalfant

Kristin Chalfant has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kristin currently holds the position of Vice President of Product at Mojix, a role they have held since January 2023. In this position, they oversee the allocation of engineering resources for all Mojix initiatives and ensures the smooth operation of production environments.

Prior to their current role, Chalfant worked at Merkle from 2013 to 2015 as a Production Manager. Kristin managed a team responsible for improving the performance and efficiency of the operations production team. Additionally, they played a key role in developing project plans and schedules.

Kristin later took on the role of Lead Program and Resource Manager, where they continued to manage project requests and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Chalfant also has experience at Seurat Company, where they worked as a Senior Program and Resource Manager from 2001 to 2003. In this role, they managed project requests, assigned engineering resources, and oversaw email campaign management.

Before joining Seurat Company, Chalfant worked at MatchLogic as a Senior Program Manager from 1997 to 2001. In this position, they managed project requests, assigned engineering resources, and coordinated quality assurance activities.

Early in their career, Chalfant worked briefly in the legal field as a Congressional Liaison at Friedlob, Sanderson, Raskin, Paulson & Tourtillott Law Firm, and as a Legislative Assistant at the Office of Congressman E. G. "Bud" Shuster (R-PA).
