Cary Delano

Cary Delano currently serves as the Director of IC Design at Kinetic Technologies since November 2021 and has held the position of Chairman and CEO at Clevech Corporation since 2009. Previously, Cary was the CEO of Niktex Corp. from August 2020 to November 2021 and had a significant tenure at Maxim Integrated from June 2015 to July 2020, where contributions included the sale of Clevech's audio technology and support for integration, as well as the architecture of advanced technologies. Cary's professional background also includes key roles at Fairchild Semiconductor, Leadis Technology, Mondowave, and Tripath Technology, including co-founding Mondowave and developing core technology and multiple patents for Tripath. Educational qualifications include an MSEE from Santa Clara University and a BSEE from San Jose State University.
