Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Mojo Vision. Prior to their current role, Susan served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Mojo Vision for 3 years and 7 months. Susan has also served as the Human Resources Director at a Stealthy Start Up for 4 years and 9 months, and as the Human Resources Manager at Nokia, USA, Inc. for 11 months.

Susan has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been instrumental in establishing processes and procedures for HR functions, identifying competitive and cost-effective benefit plans, administering payroll platforms, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and creating employee handbooks. Susan is also experienced in coordinating company-wide moves, including office space, layout and design, furniture and equipment, signage, and move logistics.

In their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at Mojo Vision, Susan is responsible for leading the HR team and developing strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees. Under their leadership, the HR team has been able to successfully recruit top talent and create a positive work environment that promotes employee growth and development.

Susan Anderson studied journalism at the University of Arizona from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
