Michelle Fakeri has been working in the professional world since 2007. Michelle started their career at Righttime Medical Care as a Trainer and Quality Assurance. In 2009, they joined Seasons Hospice as a Human Resources Administrator, where they performed all human resources functions such as interviews, handled all benefits, payroll, employee orientation and training, attended unemployment hearings, organized employee reviews, maintained employee compliance and facilitated employee care plans. In 2011, they moved to Mojo Web Solutions as a Business Office Manager, where they managed Human Resources, all financial functions including payables, receivables, record keeping, taxes and payroll. Additionally, they managed the daily office operations and organized networking and functions and events.

Michelle Fakeri has attended Anne Arundel Community College.
