Viktorija Kunštek

Viktorija Kunštek has extensive work experience in project management and advisory roles. Viktorija most recently worked as a Product Project Manager at MojPosao. Prior to that, they held positions at the Central State Office for Croats Abroad, where they served as the Coordinator of the State Information Infrastructure and Digital Transformation, Head of the PMO, and Senior Expert Advisor. Viktorija also worked as a Project Manager at the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Zagreb, the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy, the Ruđer Bošković Institute, the University of Zagreb’s Centre for Research, Development and Technology Transfer, and the Zagorje Development Agency. Their expertise includes coordinating national youth guarantee programs and managing various research and development projects.

Viktorija Kunštek has an extensive education history. Viktorija obtained their PhD in Social Macroeconomics from the University of Rijeka from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' u Osijeku from 2012 to 2013.

In 2008 to 2010, Viktorija earned their Master of Arts (MA) in Communication and Media Studies from Veleučilište Baltazar. Viktorija started their educational journey with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics Entrepreneurship from VERN' University, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.

Their early education began at Srednja škola Krapina, where they completed their Jezična gimnazija from 2000 to 2004.

Furthermore, Viktorija Kunštek has also obtained additional certification as a Certified Design Thinker from the University of Rijeka in June 2021.
