Gemma Feare has over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Gemma began their career in 2009 as a Junior Business Consultant for WBC UK. In 2012, they moved to Genesis Distribution Network Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they implemented a new strategy that resulted in an additional USD$302k in 18 months. In 2014, they took on a short contract as an Out of Home/Campaign Manager for C-IMPACT LTD. From 2016 to 2018, Gemma worked as a Senior FMCG Consultant and FMCG Consultant for CACI Ltd, where they built and developed the FMCG sector from scratch to £1million. In 2018, they became Interim Head of Sales and National Account Manager for Grocery & OOH at Babease. In 2020, Gemma joined POLLEN + GRACE as Sales and Marketing Director and Head of Sales, where they navigated the brand through the pandemic, launched into major multiples, and grew the business from £765k run rate to £4.6m. Gemma is currently the Sales Director at MOJU, a position they have held since 2022.

Gemma Feare has a diverse educational background. Gemma began their studies in 2004 at Harrow International School in Bangkok, Thailand, where they studied English, Maths, Thai Language, French, Sciences, Geography, Gemma'story, IT, Music and Arts. In 2005, they began attending Oakham School and received an A Level in Mathematics, Business, and Theatre Studies, as well as an AS Level in French. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of Westminster, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with Commercial Law. In 2014, they completed a Master's Degree in Management from Bayes Business School, and in 2015, they earned an MSc International Elective in Procurement from the University of Mannheim's Mannheim Business School.
