Jenna Mitchell has held multiple roles in the digital marketing and customer experience space since 2019. Jenna began their career as a Social Media Intern at B.A. Academy in Manchester where they created and managed their Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages for a 6-week period. In 2019, they also held a Student Intern role at England Squash, where they shadowed the Head of Marketing and gained experience in curating press releases, social media posts and communication. In 2021, they joined MOJU as Social & CX Manager and also took on a Digital Marketing Assistant role at Your Social Recipe, where they are responsible for scheduling and managing multiple clients' social media channels, as well as building strategies and forming relationships with clients and brands.

Jenna Mitchell attended Oxford Brookes University from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a degree in Business and Marketing Management from the Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services field. In 2019, they completed a Digital Marketing degree from Udemy Alumni. In 2018, they obtained a degree in Cost and Management Accounting from the University of Cape Town in the Business field. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a Marketing Analytics Aptitude certification from TestDome.
