Jozsef Gabris

Jozsef Gabris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and compliance. Currently serving as Group ITIL and Compliance Senior Expert at MOL Group since April 2017, Jozsef focuses on establishing a Process Governance Framework, directing activities within the Process Competence Center, and leading service management project transformations while ensuring ITIL compliance. Previously, Jozsef worked at T-Systems International from February 2009 to March 2017 as an Operational Excellence and Quality Specialist, implementing quality management systems and enhancing operational efficiency. Before that, Jozsef held the position of Service Level Manager at GE Money, where service level management processes and catalogs were developed. Jozsef started a career at Hungarian Post as a Process Manager, establishing ICT Management processes aligned with the ITIL framework. Jozsef holds a degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
