Levente Puskás has a strong work experience background with a focus on customer care and sales. Levente began their career at MOL Group in 2009 as a Trainee at Fuel Card Products and gradually moved up the ranks, assuming roles such as Associate, Expert, and Business Analyst. In 2012, they became a Professional Secretary to the Senior Vice President of Supply and Sales before transitioning into a role as a Card Systems Senior Expert in 2013. During their time in this role, Levente was responsible for the reliable operation of central card management systems and third-party relations. In 2016, they joined MOL Magyarország as the Head of Sales Center, where they oversaw B2B marketing, pricing, and project management related to various fuel products. Levente also introduced a lean mindset within the organization and contributed to significant sales revenue. In 2019, they returned to MOL Group as the Head of Customer Center, leading a customer-focused organization and implementing digitalization and customer satisfaction strategies. Levente is proud of their accomplishments in enhancing customer service activities and delivering the digital vision and roadmap for the company. Levente excels in helping people grow, bridging generations for effective teamwork, and simplifying complex issues.

Levente Puskás holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Miskolc. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at both Corvinus University of Budapest and Maastricht University.
