Zoltan Ban has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zoltan started their career as a Student Business Forum participant at Deloitte in 2009. Later, they worked as an Export Key Account Manager at Debreceni Csoport Kft. from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Zoltan served in different HR consultant and leadership positions at Korn Ferry. In 2016, they joined Vodafone as a Senior Reward & HRS Relationship Manager. Zoltan then moved to MOL Group, where they held multiple senior positions including Head of Group Reward and HR Operations and Head of Group Downstream HR. In these roles, they led international HR teams and was responsible for strategic HR initiatives for thousands of employees across multiple countries.
Zoltan Ban's education history includes a Master's degree in International Business from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave (2004-2009). Zoltan also pursued additional studies in the same field at Corvinus University of Budapest (2008) and the University of Antwerp (2007-2008). Prior to their university studies, Zoltan attended Selye János Gimnázium, where they focused on Mathematics from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Zoltan has obtained various certifications, including training in communication, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and leadership skills from LinkedIn and other institutions.
