Zoltan Ferencz

Zoltan Ferencz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Zoltan started their career as a Trainee Attorney at Czárán Law Firm, where they worked from June 2005 to May 2010.

In 2010, Zoltan joined SEGECE/Klepierre Hungary as a Legal Counsel, a role they held until August 2012. Following that, they worked as the General Counsel at Atrium Centers from August 2012 to August 2013.

Since September 2013, Zoltan has been associated with MOL Group, a multinational oil and gas company. Zoltan started as a Legal Counsel and progressed to the position of Senior Legal Counsel from February 2016 to February 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Downstream Legal, overseeing the legal matters of the company's refining, petrochemical production, wholesale, trading, logistics, and investment projects. Zoltan is responsible for managing a team of approximately 20-30 lawyers and has overall accountability for legal affairs in around 60 affiliated companies and countries within the MOL Group.

Zoltan Ferencz attended the SEED School for Executive Education and Development from 2017 to 2018, where they participated in the Business Leadership Program. Prior to this, they completed post-graduate studies in Corporate Law at Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem. Zoltan also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the same institution, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005.
