Ilham Adraviatma

Ilham Adraviatma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collection management and data operations across various companies. Currently serving as the Data Collection Strategic & Operational Manager at Moladin since August 2023, Ilham previously held key positions at FinAccel as a Quality Control and Collection Trainer Manager, and at PT Pepper Services Indonesia as an Area Collection Manager. Prior roles include significant responsibilities at PT INDOSURYA INTI FINANCE, where Ilham advanced from Collection Assistant Manager to Branch Collection Head, and notable positions at PT BCA Finance, which encompassed multiple roles in collection and recovery specialties. Ilham began the career at Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia as a Data Inpassing and initially worked at PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk.
