James Durago

James is a former enlisted US Army medic turned People Ops leader while passing through Arizona State and Ashford Universities where he earned his BS in Psychology and MA in Organizational Management.

Prior to Molecula, James spent 5 years at Google where he led teams to scale Google’s Program Management Offices in Google Cloud, Search, YouTube, Ads, and Geo (or Maps), while simultaneously leading the company’s veterans and military families employee resource group called VetNet. Before Google, he spent time at COMPAS Technology (acquired by Avionte), Ashford University (now University of Arizona Global Campus), and of course the US Army (still the US Army).
