Adam Krol

Adam Krol has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam started their career as a Teller at Milford Federal Savings & Loan Association from 1999 to 2004. Adam then joined Waters Corporation, where they worked as a Financial Analyst in their Marketing Division from 2006 to 2008, and later as a Financial Analyst for North American Sales from 2008 to 2009.

Following that, Adam worked at Pearson Education as a Senior Financial Analyst in Product Development for the Humanities K-12 Curriculum group from 2009 to 2010. Adam then moved to Forest Capital Partners, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst, managing investment funds and performing financial forecasting and reporting from 2010 to 2011.

From 2012 to 2016, Adam worked at PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial and operational support for various diagnostic business entities, including Next Gen Sequencing, Chemagen, and ID Biological. Adam then took on the role of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they analyzed and presented financial results for different business units and built detailed databases.

In 2016, Adam joined SCIEX as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they served as a finance business partner for the Global R&D, HR, and IT functions. Adam managed forecasting and budget processes and supported key executives. Adam was later promoted to Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they organized and distilled results for regional finance professionals and prepared monthly presentations to the executive team.

Currently, Adam is the Director of Global Finance at Molecular Devices, a role they assumed in 2022.

Adam Krol obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Operations Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Adam attended this school from 2001 to 2006. Later, Adam pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Adam completed their MBA program from 2006 to 2009.
