Constantin Radu began their work experience in 1999 at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as a Research Technician. Constantin then advanced to the role of Senior Research Technician before becoming the Laboratory Manager & Automation Specialist. In 2015, they joined the Institut Pasteur Korea as the Group Head of Automation and Logistics Management. Following this, they worked at Boston University as an Education Facilitator for Online Graduate Programs. Currently, Constantin Radu is employed at Molecular Devices as the Global Proposals Manager and Global Commercial Manager, specializing in Automation and Workflow Solutions.

Constantin Radu's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry which they obtained from Hofstra University from 1995 to 1999.
