Erik McEwen

Erik McEwen has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Erik started their career in 2001 as a Lead Clinical Engineer at Jordan Valley Medical Center. In 2006, they joined Novellus Systems, where they served as a Field Service Engineer III until 2007 when the company was acquired by Lam Research Corporation. From 2007 to 2015, Erik worked at Philips Healthcare, Ultrasound Division, as a Field Service Engineer III. In 2016, they joined Lumenis as a Technical Support Engineer.

In 2017, Erik joined Medivators, a Cantel Medical Company, as a Field Service Engineer. Erik carried out technical assignments, performed installations and repairs of Medivators equipment, and provided customers with timely and accurate technical information. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Field Service Engineer at Medivators, where they continued to install, modify, and repair equipment.

From 2020 to 2022, Erik worked at Elekta as a Field Services Engineer, responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services. Currently, Erik is working at Molecular Devices as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, they serve as the lead to assigned customers, completing troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service repair. Erik also identifies business opportunities and assists in Moldev's continuous growth.

Throughout their career, Erik has developed technical proficiency in various platforms and has gained extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Erik McEwen completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Murray, attending from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they obtained a ULS License from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) in January 2011.
