Shania Raman-Singh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shania started their professional career in 2009 as a Team Trainer at Family Housing and Adult Resources, a non-profit medical organization. As a Project Manager from 2012 to 2013, they provided cross-functional support, monitored application performance, and offered technical consultation for issue resolution.
Shania joined JumpstartMD in 2013 as an IT Business Analyst, where they planned, implemented, trained, and managed the addition of new capabilities to the company's systems and tools.
From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Wells Fargo as an IT Project Manager, responsible for strategic management of enterprise-wide technology communications and collaboration. Shania drove the development and deployment of new products and services for the Electronic Communications and Collaborations group.
Since 2018, Shania has been with Molecular Devices, initially as an IT Project Manager and currently as an Information Technology Portfolio Manager.

Shania Raman-Singh completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from California State University - East Bay, from the year 2002 to 2006. Shania then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Public Administration from the same university, from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their academic degrees, Shania obtained a certification in Project Management Training from the Project Management Academy in August 2013.
During their education, Shania also spent a year at Hunter College studying Design and Applied Arts in 2004-2005, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in that field from the institution.
