Joyce Yoo

Associate Director Of Marketing at Molecular Instruments

Joyce Yoo began their work experience in 2017 as a Research Assistant in Dr. Neacsiu's Lab of Changing Affect with Neuroscience and Technology at Duke University. In this role, they focused on developing a neurostimulation and cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention for emotion dysregulation. Their work involved using neuroscience and technology methodologies to find treatments for mental illnesses.

In 2018, Joyce worked as a Research Assistant at the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy, where they conducted research until May 2018. Joyce also had a concurrent role as a Data Analytics Consultant at Crisis Intervention Team Inc. from June 2018 to August 2018.

From May 2018 to April 2019, Joyce served as an Applications Consultant at CollegeVine. Joyce then joined Dr. Hariri's Lab of Neurogenetics in May 2019 as a Research Assistant, where they worked until May 2020.

Starting in July 2020, Joyce became a Post-baccalaureate Intramural Research and Training Award Fellow at The National Institutes of Health, a position they held until December 2021.

Most recently, in January 2022, Joyce Yoo joined Molecular Instruments, Inc. as the Marketing Lead, a role they currently hold.

Joyce Yoo received their High School Diploma from Fullerton Union High School between 2012 and 2016. Following this, they attended Duke University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Public Policy.
