Ebere Morgan

Ebere Morgan, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of People Strategy at Molecular Testing Labs since April 2023, and holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Maryland University College since 2018. Prior roles include Senior Director of Talent Management at Academic Partnerships from November 2020 to April 2023, Director of Learning & Organization Development at JPS Health Network in 2019-2020, Professor at Seneca College from January 2016 to December 2022, Chief Learning Officer at Strategics Inc from 2014 to 2018, and Director at Mississauga Halton CCAC from 2014 to 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Vertical Chief of Leadership Development & Organizational Transformation at Deztiny Strategics from 2007 to 2014. Ebere Morgan holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership & Strategic Change from Carolina University and an additional Doctor of Philosophy from Tennessee Temple University, complemented by a Master of Science in Strategic Management & Leadership from the University of Derby.
