Sara Jupiter

Sara Jupiter has extensive work experience in talent and recruitment. Sara is currently the Head of Talent and Recruitment at Moleculent since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Poolia Sverige from 2012 to 2021, holding various roles including Senior Rekryteringskonsult, Gruppchef konsultverksamheten, and Rekryteringskonsult. Their responsibilities in these positions included recruiting managers and specialists in the Life Science industry and ensuring a successful match for both candidates and clients. Sara also served as the Konsultchef at Poolia Life Science, where they were responsible for providing the right expertise to clients and nurturing customer relationships.

Before their career in talent and recruitment, Sara was a PhD student at Stockholm University from 2003 to 2011. Their research focused on the formation of the eukaryotic ribosome, with a specific focus on the protein Mrd1p. Sara has experience in various molecular biology methods.

From 2004 to 2009, Sara attended Stockholm University and obtained a Licentiate degree in Molecular Biology.

Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Sara also attended Stockholm University and obtained a filosofie magister degree in Molekylär biologi (Molecular Biology).

In 1998, Sara briefly attended Karolinska Institutet but did not obtain a degree. Sara studied Biomedicinsk analytiker (Biomedical Analysis) during that time.

In 1994 and 1995, Sara studied at Cambridge and obtained a Certificate of proficiency in English.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sara has obtained several professional certifications. In June 2018, they obtained the MAP och Matrigma certification from Assessio. In March 2016, they received certification in Hogans Personlighetsinventorium (HPI), Hogans Deskriptiva Skalor (HDS), and Motiv Värderingar Preferenser Inventorium (MVPI) from Assessio. In April 2013, they obtained the MPA (Master Person Analys) certification from Masters. Sara also obtained the ACE (Adjustable Competence Evaluation) certification from Masters in February 2013. Lastly, they have the OPQ certification from SHL, although the month and year of when they obtained it are unspecified.
