Cheri Birkett

Cheri Birkett has had a diverse range of work experiences. Cheri began their career in 2000 as a Senior Staffing Specialist and Compliance Coordinator at Todays Staffing. In 2005, they joined InterGenetics Incorporated as a Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant, and later became an HR Generalist.

In 2012, Cheri took on the role of Operations Manager at Moleculera Labs. Here, they oversaw the clinical laboratory operations and ensured that all policies and procedures aligned with the company's goals. Cheri specialized in personalized clinical testing services for individuals suffering from neurologic conditions such as PANDAS/PANS.

During this time, they also started their own consulting business, Birkett Consulting LLC. As a consultant, they provided strategic solutions to biotech start-ups in various areas, including HIPAA, human resources, and accounting.

Cheri's consulting role ended in 2013, but their role as Operations Manager at Moleculera Labs continues.

Cheri Birkett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. In 2015, they received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. More recently, in 2022, they became a Gallup-Certified Manager and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, both obtained from Gallup.
