Rachel Beisel Scott is the SVP of Marketing at Molekule. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and event planning. Rachel has a proven track record of success in both the private and public sectors.

Rachel began their career as an entrepreneur, co-founding several startups. Rachel then served as the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at CableLabs, a research and development organization funded by the global cable industry. In this role, they were responsible for the creation, development, and execution of CableLabs marketing, communications, events, and specifications strategy.

Under Rachel's leadership, the CableLabs marketing team grew from 3 to 10 departments and 200 employees. Rachel also oversaw the two largest revenue-generating departments outside of operator revenue. In their four years at CableLabs, Rachel launched 50+ specifications that were leveraged by the entire vendor ecosystem of the cable industry, MSOs, and MVNOs to build technologies used in 500M people’s homes each year.

In 2017, Rachel was named one of CableFax's Most Influential Minorities in Cable for their work in championing diversity and inclusion in the cable industry. In 2019, they were inducted into the Women in Technology International (WITI) Hall of Fame.

Rachel is currently serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EiR) for Exponential Impact (XI). In this role, they mentor accelerator teams, helps shape programming and guide direction of accelerator.

Rachel Beisel Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising, PR and Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Rachel also has certification from Regina Lewis, Ph.D. in CULTURAL EXCELLENCE: IDEAS & DISCUSSION | CEID Level 1 Training, The Court of Master Sommeliers in Introductory Sommelier Course and Exam, Google in Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot in HubSpot Certification, and Inbound Certification, and Hosiery Technology Center in Certificate of Hosiery 101 & 102.

Their manager is Jonathan Harris, CEO. They are on a team with Jim Kronik - COO, Ronti Pal - CFO, and Kate Thorp - SVP, Marketing.
