Antonella Lauriola

Antonella Lauriola has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Antonella currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Moleskine since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Partner at Focus Management starting in February 2022.

From January 2019 to February 2022, Antonella served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at PROMETEON TYRE GROUP. During the same period, they also held the role of Chief Global OE sales.

Before joining PROMETEON TYRE GROUP, they worked at Pirelli where they held various positions. Starting in July 2016, they served as the COO of Bicycle Business, where they successfully managed the start-up of the Bicycle tyre business for Pirelli brand. From February 2014 to June 2016, they were the CEO at Driver Italia SPA, Pirelli's retail network in Italy. From January 2010 to January 2014, they held the position of Vice President Business Unit Motorcycle Nafta Region. And from January 2005 to December 2009, they served as the Director of Logistics and Purchasing and IT France and Benelux.

Their earlier work experiences include working as a Distribution Manager at Kering from January 2001 to December 2004, as well as a Production Planning Coordinator at Pirelli from September 1998 to December 2000. Their first job was at Bticino, where they served as Quality of Service from October 1997 to November 1998.

Antonella Lauriola earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano between 1990 and 1997. Antonella also holds a High School Diploma from Liceo Classico A. Moro.
