Alan Arend

Alan Arend has over three decades of experience in mold manufacturing and supervision, currently serving as the Model Shop Supervisor at Molex Inc. since 2005, where responsibilities include coordinating the fabrication of prototype connectors and fostering vendor relationships. Prior roles at Molex include Mold Debug Supervisor, where Alan supervised mold tooling qualifications, and Tooling Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed quoting and leading a team to meet production goals. Alan's early career features positions as Mold Maker Lead, Grinder Hand, and Mold Maker across several companies, including ARC Industries and Clarich Mold. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Benedictine University and an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design from the College of DuPage.
