Bruno Dessirier

Bruno Dessirier is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Europe Engineering Director and previously as Engineering Manager at Molex since April 2019, Bruno specializes in team management, load and priorities management, and connectors design for the automotive market. Prior to this, Bruno held the position of Electronics Engineering Manager at Faurecia from January 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included creating the Engineering Department in Electronics and establishing a laboratory. With a foundational role as Project Manager at Valeo from April 2002 to December 2011, Bruno managed projects based on cost, quality, and planning while ensuring technical coordination and financial oversight. Early career experience includes serving as Industrialization Manager at AMP Incorporated (now TE Connectivity) from April 1995 to November 2000, focusing on multi-project coordination and technical follow-up for tooling realization. Bruno holds a PhD in Automatism and Industrial Software from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
