Shane Young

Shane Young, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the PCBA and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Molex since March 2019, Shane previously held various positions at Phononic Inc as a Product Engineer, and at Flex, where significant roles included Senior Director of Project Management and Director of Program Management. Shane's tenure at Flex was marked by site capability assessments across multiple continents and innovative solutions for new product introductions. Earlier experience includes engineering and supervisory roles at SCI Systems and Apple, complemented by a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Colorado State University Pueblo.
