Shannon Dean

Shannon Dean has extensive experience in manufacturing integration engineering, having started a career in 1980 as a tool maker before progressing through various positions. Currently serving as the Manager - Manufacturing Integration Engineering at Molex since April 1994, Shannon is responsible for overseeing the integration of new manufacturing processes within the Transportation Business Unit. Previous roles include Principal Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed direct involvement in new product development and automation standards, and Manufacturing Integration Engineer, focusing on technical project management of molds and assembly processes. Earlier experience includes an interim position as Operations Manager at Logan Tool & Engineering and a Detail Manufacturing Supervisor role at Koppy Corporation, supervising a team of tool makers and machinists.
