Steven B. Slade

Steven B. Slade is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Director of Global Reliability Engineering for the Transportation Business Unit at Molex since July 2013, Steven has previously held significant roles at First Solar, including Manager of Global Reliability and Manager of Global Process Roll-Out. Experience at Seagate Technology spanned over a decade, where Steven progressed from Technologist to Senior Engineering Director, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring product yield, cost management, and data integrity. Steven holds a PhD and MS in Physics from UC San Diego and a BS in Physics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
