Tomasz Wachowski

Tomasz Wachowski is an experienced professional in process engineering and project management with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Transformation & NPI Manager and previously as Maintenance and Process Engineering Manager at Molex since April 2019, Tomasz oversees process engineering initiatives, team management, and operational optimization. Prior to Molex, Tomasz worked at Phoenix Contact from June 2010 to March 2019, progressing through roles including Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included managing large teams, enhancing production efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement systems. Educationally, Tomasz holds a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Poznan University of Technology, completed in 2010.
