Jay Kruger is an experienced Senior Engineering Manager and the owner of Custom 3D Prototypes, where they focus on new product development and innovative solutions through additive manufacturing. Currently supervising a team at Molex, Jay has a background in engineering roles at various companies, including Littelfuse and Microplastics, where they specialized in design engineering and project management. Jay graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at Monmouth College. Outside of work, Jay enjoys woodworking, 3D printing, sports, travel, and spending time with family.
