Cristina Siepel

Cristina Siepel has more than 10 years of work experience in various HR and legal roles. Their most recent position was as SVP, Human Resources at Molina Healthcare, where they started in May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, holding roles such as AVP, HRBP and DVP, Employee Relations & HR Compliance. Cristina also gained experience in labor and employee relations as a Senior Director and Director at JLL, as well as at Gap Inc. and Coca-Cola European Partners. Before transitioning into HR, Cristina worked as an Attorney at Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. and The Resurrection Project.

Cristina Siepel pursued their education in a systematic manner and obtained degrees from two reputable institutions. Cristina began their academic journey at Binghamton University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Dual B.A. degree in Economics and Philosophy, Politics and Law (PPL). Afterward, they attended DePaul University College of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Public Interest. Throughout their education, Cristina Siepel demonstrated a well-rounded approach by exploring diverse fields of study while maintaining a focus on their passion for law.
