Nadine Gelsleichter

Nadine Gelsleichter is currently the Director of Retention at Molina Healthcare since September 2024. Previously, Nadine held multiple positions at EmblemHealth from February 2007 to October 2025, including Director of Escalations & Quality and Member Loyalty and Retention Manager, where notable achievements included the development of a new department focused on quality initiatives and the successful operationalization of Medicare contracts within tight timelines. Nadine’s experience also encompasses roles in data analysis, provider operations, and member services. Nadine obtained a Certificate in Medical Office Practice from Ulster County Boces in 2010.
