Stephanie Wells, RN, MSN, CCM, NE-BC, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Molina Healthcare. With a robust background in healthcare management, previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Healthcare Services at Molina Healthcare, Senior Director of Population Health Integrations and Designs at Magellan Complete Care, and Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Gateway Health. Additionally, Stephanie held the position of Health Service Director for MMA, FHK, and DSNP at United HealthCare of Florida, Inc. and served as Northeast Regional Director for Medical and Clinical Operations at OptumHealth Care Solutions. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and is a Certified Case Manager from the University of Illinois Chicago.
