Veronica Flook

Veronica Flook, MBA, has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Molina Healthcare since November 2013. In this role, Veronica is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive reward programs for a Fortune 500 company with over 19,000 employees. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President positions in Total Rewards and Compensation & HR Analytics, as well as Director and Manager positions within Compensation and Stock Administration. Veronica has collaborated with senior leaders across various departments to align compensation strategies with business needs. Additionally, experience as a Compensation Consultant at The Pendolino Group involved managing clients in diverse industries. Veronica holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a BA in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
