Anna Wright

Anna Wright has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anna currently works at Mollie as an Operations Learning Manager, where they lead the Ops Learning team and develops training programs for over 200 Operations employees. Prior to that, they worked at Tesla, where they held multiple roles including Associate Manager, EMEA Field Technical Development, and Senior Program Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, implemented training strategies, and launched initiatives to enhance employee learning and development. Before Tesla, Anna worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an Enterprise Change Analyst. Anna also gained experience in energy efficiency and project coordination at PowerSave Green Campus. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager & Associate Consultant at Leading Resources Inc. and as an Operations Intern at Energy Management Resources. Anna's earlier experiences include research roles at William Jewell College and the University of Kansas Medical Center, as well as a phlebotomist position at North Kansas City Hospital.

Anna Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Physics, from William Jewell College between 2006 and 2010. Later, between 2012 and 2015, they attended San Francisco State University where they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sustainable Business. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anna obtained certifications in First Aid/CPR and A.E.D. from the American Red Cross in September 2015. Anna also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification in February 2015, although the institution providing this certification is unknown. Furthermore, Anna obtained a certification in the Change Leader's Roadmap Methodology, which was offered by Being First, Inc. The exact time when they obtained this certification is unknown.
