Bart Verweij Rt

Bart Verweij RT has extensive work experience in treasury and finance roles. Bart is currently serving as the Head of Treasury at Mollie since May 2021. Prior to this, Bart was a Board Member at DACT - Dutch Association of Corporate Treasurers starting from March 2019. Bart spent a significant part of their career at Booking.com, where they held various positions such as Director of Treasury, Deputy Treasurer (Front-Office & Banking), Front Office Manager, Senior Treasury Dealer, and Cash Manager. Bart also had the opportunity to travel in South-East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand for a period between October 2010 and April 2011. Bart began their professional journey as a Treasury professional at Citadel Enterprises B.V. in June 2009, where they were responsible for Cash Management & Cashflow forecasting. Bart's career started as an intern at Kroymans Corporation in January 2006, where they conducted research on the preservation of the central payment centre.

Bart Verweij RT completed their education in a chronological order. Bart first attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a BBA in Financial Services Management. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Bart Verweij RT furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they completed a Postgraduate programme in Treasury Management (RT) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
