Ivo Pichler

Ivo Pichler currently serves as a dedicated Business Process Associate and CDD Team Lead for In Person Payments at Mollie since January 2021, having previously led a 17+ FTE onboarding team in Amsterdam and now in Maastricht, focused on regulatory compliance and risk management excellence. Pichler has extensive experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), having served as a Senior CDD Specialist and Onboarding & Risk Specialist at Mollie, managing regulatory adherence across multiple markets. Prior to joining Mollie, Pichler worked at Rabobank as a Transaction Monitoring Analyst and CDD Analyst, and at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, honing expertise in transaction analysis and risk assessment. Pichler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Safety & Security Management Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
