Rafael Valiev

Rafael Valiev is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing scalable communication solutions and automation systems. Currently working at Mollie since March 2023, Rafael previously contributed to MessageBird from October 2019 to March 2023, leading the transformation of critical services within the FlowBuilder product. During prior roles at Sberbank and Franch5, Rafael developed multi-channel chatbots and banking microservices, enhancing customer support efficiencies. Rafael's experience includes co-founding Dobrotrener, teaching programming at Innopolis University, and completing an internship at FIX. Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Innopolis University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev – KAI.
