Lora Heller

Lora Heller is an experienced professional in music therapy and early intervention, serving as the owner of Baby Fingers LLC since January 2000, providing a range of family education programs including sign language and creative arts therapies. At Molloy University, Lora has held positions as both Special Projects Coordinator for Music Therapy and Adjunct Instructor since June 2011, focusing on student engagement and community outreach. Currently, Lora is a Music Therapist at The Motherhood Center of New York, facilitating weekly groups for new and expectant mothers, and an independent certified educator of infant massage. Previous roles include Drama Director at URJ Eisner Camp, Music Therapist at Northside Center for Child Development, and experience teaching music therapy and sign language at various institutions. Lora holds a Master of Science in Deaf Education/Special Education from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Music Education from The College of Wooster.
