Brian Conom

Brian Conom, BBA, MBA, has extensive experience in the medical sales industry, currently serving as Senior Executive Territory Manager at Mölnlycke since September 2005. Conom is a distinguished Monarch Award winner for Surgical Rep of the Year in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and has consistently achieved recognition through various awards, including Diamond, Gold, and Silver Club statuses, as well as multiple Region of the Year and Legacy Awards. Conom previously held senior positions at Regent Medical, including Senior Director of National Accounts and Southern Region Manager, where responsibilities included leading national accounts and training programs. Conom began the career as a Territory Manager at Terumo Medical Corporation, contributing to sales training and development initiatives. Conom holds an MBA in Management from the University of Michigan and a BBA with a double major in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
