Fariba Jam

Fariba Jam is an experienced professional in the field of medicinal chemistry and research, currently working as an Associate Laboratory Specialist at Mölnlycke Health Care since September 2024. Prior to this role, Fariba held positions as an R&D Scientist at Wellspect HealthCare from May 2012 to September 2024 and as a Research Scientist at Neurosearch AB from September 2007 to February 2012, focusing on the planning and development of chemistry for biological testing and the purification of active compounds. At Göteborg University, from March 2004 to August 2007, Fariba established a chemistry platform for synthesizing chiral non-natural amino acid derivatives. Fariba began a career in research as a trainee at SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden in 2003, where projects involved the analysis of isocyanates in air. Fariba holds an MSc in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Gothenburg and a BSc in Chemistry from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology.
